Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, since we are a small organisation, we cannot offer free postage on returns at this time, as soon as we are able to change this, we'll let you know!
We will happily exchange size, (see exchanges below) but if you are unsure before you order, give us a call and we can help you zero in on the right size before we ship to you.
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, ensuring that garments are in the original packaging with hangtags still on, not worn or damaged. We do not offer Free Returns, we therefore ask that you cover the cost of returning items to Golf Addiction. We recommend that you use a tracked service, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Your Returns Form shows the returns address. In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty goods please contact a member of our Team on 01636 676856 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will promptly rectify your order.

Please note: If we receive something back as a return, and it is washed, worn or damaged, or not in its original packaging, it will be returned to the customer and the return postage will be payable.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if do need to return an item, please follow our returns procedure above.
You will receive a refund on any unwanted items, returned within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges can be made in one of the following two ways.
1. Place a new order: Unless an item is reserved online through a new order, we do not reserve replacements on exchanges, so to secure a different item/size/colour, you will need to place a new order.
A refund for the other item will be issued once we receive it back and our returns procedure has been followed.
2. Request exchange on the returns form: You can request an exchange in the paperwork attached to your order, however we cannot guarantee that we still have your preferred exchange once we have your item back. We will let you know, if we have no longer have this item in stock, and will issue a refund or an alternative if requested.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment to the original purchaser.
Your return will be processed when we receive it back, and refunds issued within 7 days. Please note during busy periods such as Christmas, etc. it may take slightly longer for your refund to be processed but if after 28 days you have not received a refund please contact us.
We cannot take underwear return, for hygiene reasons - if you wish to order briefs please ring us before you place your order so we can help you with sizing. We endeavour to make it clear how something fits, in order that we are not wasting our customers time.
